Solutions Government

3CE enables instant and virtually error-free Harmonized System classification by both expert and semi-skilled customs personnel including frontline officers, compliance auditors, and client services personnel. 3CE also provides vital HS classification capabilities to other government departments including statistical agencies, trade and tariff policy bodies, export development agencies, and postal organizations.

3CE offers government agencies two complimentary solutions- each of which addresses a specific need. 3CE Classify, delivers instant, accurate commodity codes to government decision-makers. This improves capacity to enforce import compliance, enhances the ability to provide export assistance to domestic companies, and increases the accuracy of duty assessment and data collection initiatives.

3CE Audit automates the performance of large-scale audits to identify specific transactional discrepancies. It enhances border security initiatives and minimizes net revenue losses due to duty underpayment. Moreover, 3CE Audit improves overall compliance by giving customs the ability to comprehensively monitor and enforce regulations.

3CE addresses the following key Government challenges:

  • Assures consistent application and effective enforcement of trade laws.
